- Microsoft® Office 95 or higher
- HP Premium Inkjet Paper for letterhead and memos
- HP Bright White Inkjet Paper for fax cover sheets

- Open Microsoft Word.
- On the File menu, click New, and then click the Letters & Faxes or Memos tab.
- Select a template by clicking it once.
- Under Create New, click Template, and then click OK.
- Make any modifications to the template that you want. Change font styles. Add or delete text.
- Insert a logo or art into your design. On the Insert menu, select Picture, then click Clip Art or From File. Find the art or file you want to use and double-click it.
- On the File menu, click Save As.
- In the File name box, type a name for the new template and click Save.
- On the File menu, click Close.
If the Office Assistant asks whether you want to save the changes you've made, click Yes.
