Many templates contain macros developed by HP's content partner KMT Software. The first time you open such a file, Word displays a security warning dialog, as illustrated below:
In order to run macros, you must ensure the 'Always trust macros from this source' checkbox is checked, then click the 'Enable macros' button. If you do not accept the macros in this way, the documents will be loaded without the macros and will not work correctly.
This step only needs to be completed once. After this, you will not be warned when you open additional HP templates.
