Tray 1 roller kit
1.  Power off the device and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
2.  Open the right-side door.
3.  Unhook and remove the upper plastic paper guide from two tabs by pushing out on the latches one at a time.
4.  Remove the lower plastic paper guide.
•  Push the right-side tab to the left to clear the lip.
•  Pull the paper guide to the right, lift slightly, and then pull straight out to remove.
•  Note: There are three tabs on the back of the paper guide. Each tab contains a small lip on the left side that helps to hold the paper guide in place against the chassis. These three tabs must clear their respective holes in the chassis, making removing the paper guide tricky.
5.  Pull the tab on the white e-clip to remove it from the metal rod.
6.  Slide the pickup roller to the right to remove it from the metal rod.
7.  Grasp the tab on the separation roller from the access point beneath the door, pinch the tab, and slide the roller to the right to remove it from the metal rod.
8.  Discard the old rollers.
9.  Unpack the replacement rollers.
10.  Grasp the replacement separation roller by the tab, insert the roller into the access point beneath the door, and slide the roller to the left and onto the metal rod, pushing until the roller clicks into place.
•  Note: Do not touch the rubber portion of the roller, as oils from your skin can affect roller performance. Only hold the roller by the plastic tab.
11.  Slide the pickup roller to the left and onto the metal rod.
•  Note: Make sure to reinstall the roller correctly. The correct end of the roller contains slots that line up with tiny pins on the metal rod.
12.  Grasp the tab on the white e-clip and reinstall it onto the metal rod.
13.  Reinstall the lower paper guide.
•  Note: Thread the teeth on the paper guide between the rectangular tabs on the device and push the paper guide into place, making sure to insert the three tabs on the paper guide into the corresponding holes in the chassis.
•  Note: Once the tabs are positioned in the chassis, push the paper guide to the left to lock it into place.
14.  Reinstall the upper paper guide by aligning the holes in the paper guide latches with the two tabs. Then test that the upper paper guide moves fluidly.

Trays 2, 3, 4, and 5 roller kits
1.  Power off the device and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

3.  Grasp the tray on both sides of the outer end and lift while pulling the tray free of the device.
•  The rollers are now accessible through the empty paper tray slot.
•  There are three rollers per tray: One pickup roller and two identical feed rollers (the two feed rollers are referred to as one separation roller and one feed roller).
4.  Remove each roller by pinching the tab at the end of the roller and sliding the roller off the metal rod.
•  It may be necessary to use a fingertip to rotate the rollers so the tabs become accessible.
•  Note: Be careful not to remove the black spacer from behind the lower feed roller (separation roller). The black spacer is loose on the rod and can come off easily. If the black spacer comes off, carefully reinstall it metal-edge-first back onto the metal rod.
5.  Discard the old rollers. Then unpack the replacement rollers.
•  Note: Do not touch the rubber portion of the rollers, as oils from your skin can affect roller performance. Only hold the rollers by the plastic tabs.
6.  Slide the replacement rollers onto the respective metal rod, pushing the rollers until they click into place.
•  Note: The two feed rollers are interchangeable, but the smaller pickup roller must be installed on the metal rod in front of the two feed rollers.
