This software release is described in detail in the document: Release Notes: ProCurve Manager Version 2.2.1, Mobility Manager version 1.1, Identity Driven Manager version 2.1, and Network Immunity Manager version 1.0. The compressed file contains the complete software product (B_02_20.exe), and related user documentation, including the release notes (PCM22-Release-Notes.htm).
To install the product after downloading the zip file, extract the files and execute the file "install.exe". You will need a minimum of a 2 GHz Intel Pentium IV or equivalent processor, 1 GB RAM and 1 GB of free disk space to install the ProCurve Manager software.
If you are using prior versions of ProCurve Manager Plus and Identity Driven Manager, you will need to install the PCM 2.2 and IDM 2.15 software on a separate system in order to get the 30-day free trial. If you install the newer version over your pre-existing installation, you will not be able to revert to your previous version at the end of the trial period, due to changes in the underlying database and the client GUI.

The following products are included and available for purchase in this release.
ProCurve Manager Plus 2.2/2.2.1
ProCurve Manager Plus 2.2 (PCM+) or newer is licensed by number of network devices managed. There are three levels of license:: 50-device limited license, +100-device incremental license, and an unlimited device license. Licenses for PCM+ 2.0 and 2.1 will work for PCM+ 2.2/2.2.1.
- J9057A ProCurve Manager Plus 2.2 - 50-device license
- J9058A ProCurve Manager Plus 2.2 - +100-device incremental license
- J9059A ProCurve Manager Plus 2.2 - unlimited device license, upgrade from PCM 1.6 - 100-device license
- J9056A ProCurve Manager Plus 2.2, upgrade from PCM 1.6 license to PCM+ 2.2 – 50-device license
Note: To upgrade from PCM 1.6 to the PCM 2.2/2.2.1 unlimited license, you must purchase the unlimited license (J9059A).
J8990A - ProCurve Mobility Module 1.1 - is a plug-in module to PCM+ 2.2 that provides additional management capabilities for ProCurve wireless access points.
ProCurve Identity Driven Manager 2.1 (IDM 2.1) - is a fee-based upgrade from IDM 1.0. For IDM 2.1, there are two levels of license available for purchase. The base product license is for 500 users, and you can purchase additional 2000-user licenses as needed to manage large user environments.

Network Immunity Manager is an add-on module to PCM+ 2.2 that provides additional management capabilities in detecting and taking action against network traffic threats. There are three levels of additional licenses:
- J9060A Network Immunity Manager 1.0 - 50-device license
- J9061A Network Immunity Manager 1.0 - +100-device incremental license
- J9062A Network Immunity Manager 1.0 - unlimited device license
Notes:
- ProCurve Manager version 2.2.1 (PCM 2.2.1) is not backward compatible with earlier versions. Once you have installed PCM 2.2.1 on the management server, you cannot revert to a previously installed version.
- ProCurve Manager cannot be run on the same workstation as HP TopTools.
- To use IDM 2.1 with Funk’s Steel Belted RADIUS, you need to install the .dlls included in the IDM-SBR_Bits.zip file.
