ProCurve Networking by HP engineers work remotely with your IT team to fault isolate hardware and software issues for your ProCurve product.
ProCurve product software updates are provided for all ProCurve products covered under this service (if available).
This service provides access to ProCurve Competency Centers 24x7 for remote support of your ProCurve hardware product and will only provide support for the particular product this service is purchased for. Installation and configuration assistance and onsite support are not included with this service.
