Web support services
The IT Resource Center (ITRC) is a web site where
you can get services and support for your HP-UX servers and software products. If you're an IT manager, you'll find assistance as you manage and plan enhancements to your IT infrastructure. The
ITRC is your fastest connection to HP support. We've grouped our services into three logical areas, which reflect the most common needs of IT organizations:
- Maintenance and support - Comprehensive software, hardware, and network support information and tools to help you manage your multi-vendor computing environment. You can also sign up to receive
notification of HP-UX security bulletin digests.
- Training and consulting - Our extensive library of high-quality online courses makes it easy to continuously learn new skills and stay up to date on ever-evolving technology. Select from more
than 2000 self-paced web-based trainings and live instructor-led online seminars to efficiently train employees and reduce overall training costs.
- Forums - Talk with other IT professionals on a wide variety of topics. Ask a question or earn points helping your peers solve their technical problems in this unique discussion area.
