In addition to helping customers, HP Solution Centers are designed to provide ISV and SI partners a facility to demonstrate and validate solutions jointly with HP technologies. Hundreds of partners utilize the HP Solution Centers every year as a resource with expertise and dedicated equipment to solve their customers business and IT challenges. The HP Solution Centers work in close collaboration with our ISV and SI partners to provide customer solutions and tools, including:

Porting services—including technical assessment, migration/porting guidance, characterization, performance tuning/optimization, and sizing.
Technical competencies—for platforms including HP-UX, Linux®, Windows®, C++, Java™, XML, Cisco, Intel®, Oracle, Zeus, and Iona application server, as well as storage, networking, and more.
Secure, controlled environment for proof-of-concept and benchmark activities activities
Software integration resources
Industry standard diagnostics and monitoring tools, including HP Openview

Synoran

Synoran, Oracle and HP demonstrate world class scalability of Linux based payments solution at HP Solution Center

Synoran, an enterprise software and services provider, today announced the results of a series of performance tests conducted by Oracle and HP at the HP Solution Center in Atlanta, GA. The performance tests of Synoran's eP2: Enterprise Payments Platform in an HP Linux environment demonstrated conclusively that the leading-edge, Java-based system can perform at a sustained transaction rate in excess of 1,300 image-based payments transactions per second and 4,800,000 transactions per hour. Vordel provides security for XML communications. Vordel's flagship product, VordelSecure, is an enterprise-class XML security server that allows organizations to deploy and configure security for XML-based communications both inside and outside the enterprise. VordelSecure uses open standards including WS-Security and SAML to apply authentication, authorization, audit, and content validation to XML-based communications.

RightOrder, Inc. is a San Jose, CA infrastructure software company founded in late 1999. RightOrder ADS is a software product that augments and extends the capabilities of the DBMS (initially Oracle). ADS employs a novel, efficient method of indexing and encoding data, the Index Fabric, and enables enterprise applications to deliver higher levels of performance, scalability, and improved ROI.
