For instance:
- Board upgrades are allowed within hardware families (i.e. 9x8, 9x9, 99x, A-class, & N-class)
- Within families, board upgrades are restricted to the same group (i.e. Group 1, 2, 3, or 4).
Server upgrades across Family Groups require a chassis change, and are called "box swaps".
