The Five Phases of the Transition Process: Implementation

  (Awareness) (Plan) (Design) (Implement) (Manage)
During the Implementation stage, you'll be well on your way to a smooth transition to Integrity server. You'll run the data migration tests, pre-migration tests, and post-migration validation tests. You'll test the system in your test environment, tune the solution for optimal performance, then establish a timetable to introduce it into your production environment.

Whether you work with HP or our partners, we'll make sure that your implementation moves flawlessly from the test to the production environment. Our services – and those of our partners – will ensure a smooth introduction of the new systems into your IT infrastructure. And if new challenges arise, we'll be there for you. Before you know it, you'll be enjoying the business benefits you anticipated.
