The Five Phases of the Transition Process: Implementation

apdim_implement

During the Implementation stage, you will be well on your way to a smooth transition to Integrity server. Typical activities during this phase include:

  • Running data migration tests, pre-migration tests, and post-migration validation tests.
  • Testing the system in your test environment.
  • Tuning the solution for optimal performance.
  • Establishing a timetable to introduce the solution into your production environment.

Whether you work with HP or our partners, we will make sure that your implementation moves flawlessly from the test to the production environment. Our services – and those of our partners – will ensure a smooth introduction of the new systems into your IT infrastructure. And if new challenges arise, we will be there for you. Before you know it, you will be enjoying the business benefits you anticipated.
