The simplest solution for HP LaserJet printers in any operating system (Windows, DOS, UNIX, MAC), is a downloadable font that contains the Euro character in two typefaces - EuroSign and EuroSign Mono - one proportional and one monospaced. They are free and available today via a very simple download process. This is the only HP software solution for Win 3.1 and NT 3.51.
