Step 2: Locating your former Student ID |

 |
If you do not have prior class or exam completions, certifications and/or service qualifications
that provide you benefits or status with HP or HP programs, please go to Step 3.
If you do have prior records you want to maintain, you will need to know your former Student ID
to transfer your records to The Learning Center. If this applies to you and you know your former
Student ID, please go to Step 3.
Otherwise, if you have records to transfer and do not know your former Student ID, please follow
the directions at the following link.

Step 3: Accessing the Train & certify page |

If you already have access to the Train & certify page, go to Step 4.
To gain access, you must accept the program Terms and conditions. For detailed instructions on Train & certify access:
