| The Inkjet supplies operation, particularly John Lodal, was instrumental in getting us started and quickly down the development path. HP allowed us to use their carriage parts to house the TIJ 1.0 cartridge. This saved us time from developing our own carriage system from the ground up. HP shared their knowledge and experience on the TIJ 1.0 technology and saved us from "reinventing the wheel."
John Lodal helped us to troubleshoot several issues that became apparent during our first prototype reducing time to market.
The OEM Enterprise Printing group, particularly Paul Hogue, helped us to work through all the business issues regarding TIJ 1.0.
HP has allowed us to use their HP invent logo which adds to the marketability of our product.
The exclusive TIJ 1.0 technology is small, compact and robust enough for the rigors of POS printing.
Paul Hogue called several times asking about our project and if there was anything he could do to help. He cared and showed interest. |
