and its out of warranty*:
- Call the HP
Customer Support Center.
- A specialized technician will diagnose your situation
- He/She will explain the available options that we offer for
your specific needs. These services may not be available at your
location.
- In some cases, you would be able to pay for the suggested services
by telephone or in one of our Authorized HP Service and Support
Centers
