Please contact your account manager to purchase HP products and take advantage of our Factory Express services. If you don't have an account manager, call 1 (800) 282-6672 and one will be assigned to you.
Custom system settings
Change BIOS setting HP will set standard or non-standard BIOS values at the factory.
Unit customization HP will customize units with OS level settings not included in the image that are common to a group of systems.
Unit personalization HP will customize units with OS level settings not included in the image that are common to a group of systemsHP will customize systems with settings that are unique to each individual unit.
Customer defined solution test HP will perform additional factory testing.
Customer defined firmware revision HP will load and verify customer specified revisions of appropriate HP supported firmware.
Remote access Customers can remotely access their solution through a virtual private network while the systems are still located at the HP factory.
Partitioning HP will configure virtual partitions within your operating environment.
