Become an HP Public Print Location
Attract mobile customers to your location with HP ePrint Public Print Service.
Countless business travelers, telecommuters and other people on the go need to print documents. Whether it’s a proposal, a contract, a photo, or a simple boarding pass, quick access to print services can save mobile users time and help them work more effectively.
If you operate a print-and-copy store, hotel, airport lounge, or other retail business that wants to attract more customers, these mobile users are an opportunity. The HP ePrint Public Print Service provides an easy way for mobile customers to discover your business, choose your location for printing, and potentially purchase additional goods and services from you.
Here’s how it works:
The HP ePrint Public Print Service lets end users discover and print to tens of thousands of public print locations, like yours, when they are on the go. Mobile users may print directly from smartphones, tablets, and other compatible mobile devices using the HP ePrint service app for their device. Alternatively, users may print to your location using the HP ePrint Software for Windows PCs or they can submit a print job to your location from any email capable device using the Universal Email Address assigned to your stores. (eg. YourBusinessName@ePrintPublic.com).
When you become an HP Public Print Location, your business will be published in HP’s directory of public print locations. Whenever an end user searches for a public print location in your vicinity, your business will be shown in the search results. You don’t have to find these mobile customers. They discover your business via the HP ePrint service, and then they come through your front door ready to transact business.
