Having captured the initial interest to discuss a new idea, how do you further qualify the business opportunity that might exist behind that idea?

The exploratory workshop is designed for a small group of executives from the customer’s organization to go into more detail. During the workshop an exploration of the customer’s current context provides the foundation for evaluating where potential business innovations can be made.

The workshop also provides the opportunity for HP to evaluate areas where its technology, solutions and services could be of greatest benefit to the customer.
