The services offered by the HP Innovation Centers have been developed to support customers through all phases of the innovation process, from 'spotting the opportunity' through to 'solution planning'. Each service has been designed to help with a particular aspect of exploring and discovering new business ideas. The choice of a particular service of set of services will depend upon the customer's particular needs and state of maturity of the idea being developed.

The delivery of the services takes place either at one of the HP Innovation Centers or in some cases at the customer's own premises or other suitable location. A dedicated team is assigned to work with the customer through all phases of service deliver. Continuity is maintained with follow-on activities to ensure that timely business results are obtained from the outcomes of all delivered services.
