Q. How do you do it ... the business of innovation?
A. The HP Innovation Center uses a structured methodology to help customers navigate the process of innovation. The approach taken also helps to understand where technology solutions can have a big impact to enable business success. By taking into account the current context and the desired state (i.e. the realization of the breakthrough business idea), it is possible to define a transition path (a roadmap) to turn the vision into a reality. The pragmatic approach taken ensures that timely business results are obtained which are aligned with the business objectives of the customer organization, ensuring that an evolutionary, and not a revolutionary, transition is made.

A. HP has facilitation centers in all regions of the world. Arrangements can be made to host innovation sessions at a local facility near to you or at your own facilities. However, the HP Innovation Centers have been specially designed to facilitate the innovation services offered by HP and so there is a big advantage to benefit from these facilities as well as from the specialists and subject matter experts that are made available at the HP Innovation Centers.
