HP Energy Efficiency Analysis (EEA)

The identification, analysis and optimization of data center power use is required when attempting to implement energy conservation measures. Understanding that over 50% of the power used in most data center facilities is for “overhead” support systems (cooling, power distribution, lighting, etc.), and that low- to moderate-cost infrastructure improvements can reduce these overhead costs by 20% (and the corresponding carbon emissions), there is tremendous opportunity to not only save money, but also help the planet.

The HP Energy Efficiency Analysis is a detailed, engineering-based service (delivered by HP Critical Facilities Services) that combines on-site power measurements and detailed computer-based energy simulation to provide robust analytics and recommendations on how to reduce data center energy consumption.

This seminar will provide you with an understanding of HP’s Energy Efficiency Analysis and how it can help you save money and the environment.

Offered: July 9, 2009 and September 16, 2009

  • HP Insight Remote Support – The Next Generation ISEE (IRST)

Today, more than ever, customers are looking to reduce their IT budget, while contributing more to business results. One way to accomplish this goal is to have service providers automate the monitoring, management and problem isolation of their heterogeneous IT infrastructure.

HP can help you achieve this goal by providing a suite of remote support solutions to automate many of your current processes, by integrating into or supplying you with new management system capabilities. This session explains how this is possible for the largest corporations down to the smallest businesses.

The ISEE solution you may currently be using will be migrating to Insight Remote Support shortly. After attending this presentation you'll learn when ISEE will need to be migrated, which replacement solution best fits your needs, the advantages over ISEE and how HP can provide assistance should you have any questions.

The target audience for this presentation is all customers who wish to remotely monitor and manage their HP enterprise equipment, regardless if they are existing users of ISEE or new to Remote Monitoring and Management.

Offered on June 1 and June 22
