How do I know that I can use the HP Virtual Training Room to participate in an on-line seminar?
You should test your setup to ensure compatibility with the HP Virtual Training Room technology. Go to http://www.hp.com/go/rooms and click on "Test your setup" in the right-hand navigation box.

I'm having a problem with the HP Virtual Training Room technology. Who can I call for help?
If your system failed the setup test, or you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing the room, you can contact the HP Virtual Delivery Service desk at: http://education.hp.com/hpvr/support.htm.
If you are attempting to access a specific room, the helpdesk will need to know the room number. That number should have been provided in your confirmation letter.
If you believe you have an incorrect Virtual Training Room key or a logistical problem, you should contact your Account Support Consultant (ASC) or Technical Account Manager (TAM). Do not contact the Virtual Rooms helpdesk, as they do not have Virtual Room key information.
I haven't received registration confirmation or logistics for a seminar I want to attend. What should I do?
Contact your ASC or TAM and ask him/her to let the TOS Program Manager know there is a problem with your confirmation letter.
I haven't received the materials for the session I'm registered to attend.
- Check with your mailroom to ensure they have not received a FedEx package for you.
- If you received a confirmation letter, contact the TOS Program Manager to alert her of the problem with the material delivery.
- Contact your ASC or TAM and ask him/her to let the TOS Program Manager know there is a problem with the material delivery.
