Oct. 3, 2006 — HP today also introduced the first of its kind Edgeline Technology, a breakthrough printing technology designed exclusively for high-volume workloads. HP Edgeline Technology differs from existing technologies in that it uses new design architecture with print heads that span the entire width of a page to distribute ink across paper rapidly and precisely in one pass. With Edgeline Technology, the paper moves, not the print heads — resulting in faster print speeds and excellent print quality. |
