HP Expands HP Officejet Portfolio with Company’s Most Affordable Business Inkjet All-in-one Global expansion of HP Creative Studio delivers high-quality marketing materials for less PALO ALTO, Calif., Feb. 11, 2010
HP today expanded its award-winning HP Officejet portfolio with its most affordable flatbed all-in-one printer. The company also announced the worldwide availability of the HP Creative Studio for Business, a comprehensive online resource to help customers grow and market their small businesses. Introduced at the 2010 Macworld Conference & Exposition (HP booth 848), the new HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One series brings professional quality color printing, wired and wireless connectivity, and four-in-one functionality to the home office at a low cost per page. “HP believes in the entrepreneurial spirit and strives to create products that help customers turn their ideas into reality,” said Hatem Mostafa, vice president, Inkjet Business Solutions, Imaging and Printing Group, HP. “By delivering an affordable, low-cost-per-page business printer and worldwide access to free marketing templates, we can help small businesses around the world affordably maximize productivity and successfully promote their brands.” Driving productivity with affordable Officejet All-in-One series The HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One series starts at $99,(1) features a piano-black finish and a 20-sheet automatic document feeder, and enables customers to efficiently complete business tasks at their small business or home office. The Microsoft Windows® and Mac OS X Snow Leopard compatible all-in-one offers borderless printing for brochures, flyers and other documents, built-in Ethernet and wireless networking options,(2) and fast print, copy, scan and fax speeds. In addition, it produces fast-drying documents that resist fading when using papers with the ColorLok logo.(3) With the optional HP 901XL Black Officejet Inkjet Cartridge – the highest-yielding supply offering among current in-class inkjets in the market – small businesses can now print up to three times more black pages for greater savings.(4) As part of the HP Eco Solutions program, the ENERGY STAR® qualified HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One series conserves resources with HP Smart Web Printing.(5) The HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One and HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One are expected to be available for purchase worldwide next month.(6) Delivering marketing tools to small businesses worldwide The HP Creative Studio for Business, originally launched in the United States, now provides micro and small businesses around the world access to a wide variety of marketing templates, including free business identity kits, in local languages. Customers in Australia, Canada, India, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom can now print these templates on an HP color printer instead of using a copy shop.
