Real Estate Pros Gain Winning Advantage with HP Products, Industry Alliances

Today at the 2004 National Association of Realtors® Conference & Expo, HP unveiled four new relationships with real estate solution providers and demonstrated the latest HP mobile products - all aimed at helping real estate professionals become more productive and increase sales.
The company also announced the winners of the HP Top Technology Producers contest, which recognizes real estate professionals who use technology to be more efficient, improve customer service and enhance their marketing tactics.

HP industry alliances offer easy integration
HP recently signed agreements with four multiple listing service (MLS) partners - IRES, Rapattoni, Sandicor and Triangle MLS - offering subscribers a seamless platform to electronically import the latest MLS property information into personalized, professional-looking marketing materials using HP Real Estate Marketing Assistant software. As a result, real estate professionals can access the MLS wirelessly(1) and use HP's software to print professional listing brochures, flyers and other marketing materials on the spot and in a matter of seconds.
HP Real Estate Marketing Assistant software is designed specifically for real estate professionals who want to create distinctive, professional-looking printed materials - including comparative market analysis reports, postcards, business cards and letterhead - so that they are better able to market their businesses and properties. The software also makes it easy and inexpensive to publish custom marketing materials and offers an intuitive interface.
HP mobile solutions keep on the go real estate pros connected
Also at the National Association of Realtors Conference and Expo, HP is featuring a suite of HP iPAQ handheld devices that address the growing converged data/voice market for real estate agents.
The suite features the HP iPAQ Pocket PC h6315, which is the first handheld to integrate GSM/GPRS, WLAN 802.11b and Bluetooth™ wireless capabilities(1, 2) into one device, offering real estate professionals high-speed Internet access, e-mail, cell phone capability and multimedia/text messaging. Additional features include a built-in camera and a snap-on keyboard.
HP recognizes Top Technology Producers
A panel of four real estate gurus and technology experts reviewed more than 200 applications before selecting the finalists and winners of the HP Top Technology Producers contest - including grand prize winner Kurt Francis of CENTURY 21 Award in San Diego.
Francis uses HP technology to create and distribute an average of 250 client postcards every 10 days - announcing everything from open houses to investment opportunities. To complete the task, he uses a suite of HP products, including an HP iPAQ Pocket PC, digital camera, notebook PC, all-in-one printer, financial calculator and HP Real Estate Marketing Assistant software.
