Compaq Accelerates Enterprise Storage Momentum With $900 Million in New Business
Compaq Is Driving Storage Technology Innovation, Market Leadership
HOUSTON, April 8, 2002
Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE: CPQ) has won $900 million in new enterprise storage business since September 2001shipping more than 63 Petabytes (PB) of storage capacity. Compaq says the company's strategy to expand its enterprise capabilities is driving increased momentum in the storage market in both customer demand and technology innovation across all major markets.
