Compaq Declares Regular Dividend
HOUSTON, February 25, 2002
The Board of Directors of Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE: CPQ) has declared a $0.025 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on April 2, 2002 to shareholders of record on March 6, 2002.
