Give Thanks America: Citizens Can Send Free Personalized Video Messages in Support of Military, Police, Fire Fighters HOUSTON, November 20, 2001 Beginning the first week of December, Americans will be able to record and e-mail free personalized digital video messages of support and thanks to military, police and fire fighters as part of a special not-for-profit initiative called Give Thanks America. WHEN: Beginning the first week of December 2001, and continuing for as long as the current conflict lasts. WHERE: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Colorado Springs, Dallas, Houston, New York, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Jose and Washington, D.C. Additional cities will be announced at a later date. A mobile Give Thanks America "movie studio" also will travel to smaller towns across the Southwest and West, beginning in San Antonio on Dec. 8. Other cities on the mobile tour include El Paso, Tucson, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Flagstaff, Albuquerque, Amarillo, Oklahoma City, Lawton (OK) and Killeen (TX).
