Compaq Declares Regular Dividend
HOUSTON, June 11, 2001
The Board of Directors of Compaq Computer Corporation (NYSE: CPQ) has declared a $0.025 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 20, 2001 to shareholders of record on June 29, 2001.
