HP Completes Acquisition of Trinagy, Inc.

Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HWP) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Trinagy, Inc., bringing advanced network performance technology into the HP OpenView e-services management portfolio.
Trinagy's software will augment the HP OpenView e-services management software portfolio and further its position as one of the industry's most comprehensive offerings.
