RIGHTWORKS AND HP TO DELIVER SECOND-GENERATION E-BUSINESS SOLUTION

RightWorks eBusiness Application Suite™ for HP Products to Offer Global Corporations Complete Solution for Critical E-Business Processes

SAN JOSE, Calif., and PALO ALTO, Calif., -- Dec. 6, 2000


RightWorks Corporation, a partner company in the Internet Capital Group network (NASDAQ: ICGE) and a leading provider of second-generation e-business applications, and Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HWP), a global provider of e-business computing solutions and services, today announced an agreement for RightWorks to deliver leading-edge e-business solutions to HP enterprise customers worldwide. As part of the agreement, the RightWorks eBusiness Application Suite will port to the HP-UX(1) 11i operating system, providing customers a world-class software and hardware offering for building second-generation e-business applications-.

The RightWorks eBusiness Application Suite offers the global interoperability, adaptability and scalability necessary for companies to succeed in the e-business network economy. The RightWorks architecture is based on a single data model and features unique multi-site capabilities that allow corporations to tailor applications for complex business processes and managing global corporate spending. In addition, RightWorks' component-based approach delivers unmatched scalability and performance.

HP-UX 11i is designed to support end-to-end e-services with the performance and scalability needed to handle critical e-business applications. With HP-UX 11i, companies are equipped to deploy a robust solution for distributing content, services and applications right to the network edge.
