HP will host its 2006 Stockholder Meeting on Wednesday, March 15, 2005 at 5 p.m. EST/ 2 p.m. PST.

Patricia Dunn, chairman of the board of directors at HP, and Mark Hurd, chief executive officer and president, will speak.

HP stockholders as of the close of business on Jan. 17, 2006, and their proxies are entitled to attend the annual meeting in person. Participation in the question and answer session will be limited to those in attendance at the meeting. It is not necessary to attend the meeting to vote. Stockholders may vote by submitting a proxy or voting instruction card as described in the proxy materials relating to the annual meeting.
