| Goal for 2006 |

- Conduct risk assessment and extend the Supply Chain Social and Environmental
Responsibility (SER) policy and program to relevant, high priority logistics
suppliers.
Progress: HP has adapted the supply chain assessment for logistics purposes
by providing inputs to the EICC risk assessment tool, released late
in 2006, so this goal has not yet been achieved. We have created new,
industry standard SER tools for assessing logistics suppliers.

- Increase capacity utilization in truck transport in the United States
to at least 85% (from approximately 80% in 2006).
- Conduct risk assessment and extend Supply Chain SER policy and program
to high priority logistics suppliers.
- Investigate benefits and requirements for joining the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency’s (EPA) Smartway Transportation Program to determine
feasibility of becoming a partner.
