HP has a policy of complete compliance with all US export laws. We don't sell products directly to Iran and we don't have any employees or facilities in that country. Having recently examined the situation, we believe it's important to go beyond the letter of the law. HP is taking further steps with distributors in the Middle East intended to prevent the distribution of our products in Iran by third parties. These actions include tightening distributor contract terms to explicitly prohibit the sale of HP products in Iran, more closely monitoring the activities of our distributors in the Middle East, and conducting even more frequent audits of our distributors in the region.
