Product safety, environmental and energy efficiency information for many types of HP products can be viewed or printed on line.
MSDS's contain safety information about materials such as physical, chemical and toxicological properties, regulatory information, and recommendations to ensure safe handling.
Environmental profiles. Provides environmental information for a specific product.
IT-Eco Declarations. Provides environmental information for a specific product in an industry standard format developed by IT organizations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Recycled Content. Provides information about recycled materials used in HP products.
Japan JIS-C-0950 Material Declarations. A Japanese regulatory requirement that mandates material content declarations for certain categories of electronic products.
China RoHS. A Chinese regulatory requirement for product labeling that
is effective March 1, 2007.
Korean RoHS. A Korean regulatory requirement for product material content that is effective January 1, 2008.
HP products that meet voluntary standards of eco-labeling and certification programs.
Products are required by law to meet certain technical regulatory
requirements.
