BJ Watrous manages the HP Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing
group, and is responsible for helping to create and implement
HP's IP strategy and for increasing the value realized by HP's
IP portfolio. He is a member of the Hewlett-Packard
Development Company Review Board, and is one of HP's
advocates for patent reform in the U.S. Congress.

strategy and leadership in driving common licensing
strategies across HP Labs worldwide. Ken is a member of the
