How to enable JavaScript in your browser

Instructions for enabling JavaScript on several different browsers are provided below.

Internet Explorer

  1. From the "Tools" menu select "Internet Options"
  2. In the dialog that pops up, choose the "Security" tab and then the "Internet" icon
  3. Select the "Custom Level" button
  4. In the "Security Settings" window scroll to "Scripting" (toward the bottom)
  5. Under "Active Scripting" select "Enable"

Firefox

  1. From the "Tools" menu select "Options"
  2. Select the "Web Features" icon, check the box next to "Enable JavaScript"

Netscape and Mozilla

  1. From the "Edit" menu select "Preferences"
  2. Under "Advanced" select "Scripts & Plugins"
  3. Under "Enable JavaScript for" check the "Navigator" box

Safari

  1. From the "Safari" menu select "Preferences"
  2. Select the "Security" icon
  3. Under "Web Content" check the box the "Enable JavaScript"
