HP provides information regarding Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) for HP handsets.

HP handset HAC Ratings

Handsets are rated pursuant to American National Standards Institute C63.19. The M rating refers to the handsets' acoustic coupling capability and the T rating refers to the handsets' inductive coupling capability.

** iPAQ 900 series has not been tested for HAC capabilities in WiFi 802.11 operations.
