HP will proudly serve as a National Sponsor of the 31st National Veterans Wheelchair Games. This multi-event sports and rehabilitation program is for military service Veterans who use wheelchairs for sports competition due to spinal cord injuries, amputations or certain neurological problems. Attracting more than 500 athletes each year, the National Veterans Wheelchair Games is the largest annual wheelchair sports event in the world.
HP sponsored the California State University, Northridge Center on Disabilities (CSUN) Annual International Technology and Persons with Disabilities Conference for several years. The next event is scheduled for February 27 – March 3, 2012 in San Diego, California.
The largest conference of its kind, it addresses technologies across all ages; disabilities; levels of education and training; employment; and independent living.
