Share more than your smile.
Each Halo room includes a high-resolution, high magnification camera for sharing physical objects on the 50-inch (127cm) collaboration screen. This allows you to share detailed parts, illustrations, & designs; it also serves as a table-top flip chart for real-time note taking. Or plug your laptop into the in-room VGA connection to easily share documents & other information across both Halo locations.

Meetings that multitask, too.
The HVEN, or Halo Video Exchange Network, is a highly secure, dedicated fiber-optic network assembled by HP that connects Halo studios worldwide for an amazing, no-delay experience. Interrupt, or have multiple sidebar conversations. Halo handles it all.

Same environment, same fabric, same experience.
Work in the same environment in Tokyo, Brasilia, Chicago, or Milan. Every detail down to the lighting and fabric of a Halo studio is the same, no matter your location, to create a remarkably seamless experience.

Conference room expanded.
Connect Halo studios to create one virtual meeting space. Easily connect to any other Halo room anywhere on the Halo Video Exchange Network (HVEN). Each Halo room is optimized for six people, so twelve can fully engage in a collaborative meeting. If you need to teleconference to someone who doesn't have access to a Halo studio the superior audio bridge makes it a snap.

Halo studios take care of themselves.
All diagnostics and calibration are handled remotely and during off hours without troubling your staff in the slightest. There is also a Halo Concierge who is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions and help you make connections between companies.

We invite you to experience Halo at your convenience by contacting us.
