Only want to print a particular section of a website and not the whole thing? HP Smart Web Printing makes it simple by using our Clipping tool to select the area of the website you want, and hitting Print.   Select & Print

Select & Clip
Take full control over your web printing by clipping sections of multiple websites and organizing the content any way you like. Rearrange, add notes, scale, and crop until you are ready to hit Print.   Select & Clip

How to use HP Smart Web Printing
Once you have downloaded and installed HP Smart Web Printing, great web prints without the waste are only a few clicks away.
1) Open the Clip Book


1. Open the Clip Book 		2) Click the "Select" button


2. Click the "Select" button 		3) Left-click and drag over the desired area of the web page

4) Choose "Print"

4. Choose "Print" 		Note: By choosing the "Clip" option in Step 4, you may combine and print multiple page clips at the same time.

Installation & Setup
Windows XP:
  1. Click the Free Download button, choose Run.
  2. Follow the Screen instructions through the installation flow.
  3. Restart your web browser.
  4. Click the HP Smart Web Printing icon in the browser toolbar.

Windows Vista and Windows 7:
  1. Click the Free Download button, choose Run.
  2. If a Security Warning appears, click Yes to install the GetDownloadManager plugin. A download window opens.
  3. The Download automatically starts:
    • Click Pause to hold the download process.
    • Click Resume to continue downloading from a paused state.
    • Click Exit to pause and close the download window.
      Note: If the download is interrupted for any reason, it can be continued by double-clicking its HP icon on the desktop.
    • When the download is complete, the download window closes and an installation window opens.
  4. Follow the instructions contained in the installation window to finish.
  5. Restart your web browser.
  6. Click the HP Smart Web Printing icon in the browser toolbar.
