HP Graphics Solution Center will be opening March 2011 in Alpharetta, GA. It will house the HP Scitex Training center and HP Indigo and HP Scitex demo center. It will have a wide range of HP Indigo and HP Scitex solutions available for demonstration.

Prerequisites and Safety Requirements

You must dress appropriately for the training session. For safety reasons, you will NOT be admitted into the training session unless you wear closed-toe shoes (safety shoes are recommended) and long pants. HP will provide Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) that the student might need. HP Scitex Level 1 Operator Training

The HP Scitex Level 1 Operator Training course introduces the operator to the HP Scitex printer, its main systems, features, components and operation. It enables the operator to become more familiar with the printer and focuses on proper operation and maintenance. These courses review the concepts, procedures and practices required to operate the machine safely and effectively. It also provides knowledge of the tools necessary for handling common problems and for maintaining optimal performance.

The HP Scitex Service and Support Training is for Resellers and HP Engineers.

HP Scitex Level 2 Operator Training

The HP Scitex Level 2 Operator Training course is aimed at experienced operators. The main goal is to optimize usage of the printer in several ways and to maximize machine uptime. These courses enhance the operator’s knowledge regarding how to perform diagnostics, utilize advanced printing methods, understand the relationship between media and ink, and perform basic troubleshooting.
