Students taking a Remote RAIL class from HP who wish to take the exam will need to register with CSME for the exam and travel to an approved site to take the proctored exam. The exam price is included in the price of the HP Remote RAIL session and there is no extra charge to register for the exam with CSME. |

- Identify a location near you from the list of pre-approved exam sites across the US and Canada.
- If you do not see a site convenient to you, please contact support@csme.us to request a site be added in your local area.
NOTE: CSME will make attempts to approve a site near you, but is under no obligation to do so. You should plan on the possibility of taking the exam at one of the pre-approved sites in case new sites cannot be arranged.
- Your HP Instructor will provide you instructions on how to register for your exam during the RAIL session. At that time you will need to have selected a site and a date and time you wish to take the exam. Click here for exam registration instructions.
- After registering for the exam, you will receive an email from CSME at least 2 days prior to your scheduled exam time. If you do not receive your email or if you have questions or need to change your exam, please contact support@csme.us.
- You should receive the results of your exam via email within 3 days (NOTE: During the initial exam review period for the ITIL V3 Bridging exam, exam results will take between 3 and 6 weeks. This time period is to allow APMG to review all exams for accuracy and quality. Please plan appropriately). If you do not receive your results, please contact support@csme.us.
