"I am V2 Manager certified" |

Your V2 Manager certification is worth 17 ITIL Expert credits and qualifies you to take the Managers Bridge course HF436S. When you succeed on the Managers Bridge exam, you will receive 5 additional ITIL Expert credits for a total of 22, qualifying you for ITIL Expert status. |

Take the V2 (Practitioner) and V3 (Capability, Life Cycle) courses most appropriate for meeting your organization’s project and certification goals.
To achieve 22 points for ITIL Expert status, you must have either (a) at least 17 credits from the V2 Practitioner, V3 Capability, and V3 Life Cycle courses, or (b) at least 10 1/2 V2 Practitioner credits plus the V2 Managers Bridge.
In either case, you must also take “Managing Across the Life Cycle” (shown below).
