Online Registration
You may use our online registration form

Fax Registration
You will need to download and print the fax registration form (PDF/1 MB). Complete the form and fax it to us. The fax line is open 24 hours a day for your convenience.

Q: How should I make payment?

We accept the following methods of payment, although our preferred method of payment is by credit card.

US customers attending classes in Canada will be charged the Canadian price

Q: What happens once I have registered?

Once you have registered and provided payment details, you will receive an email or faxed confirmation packet within 24 hours including:

  • Your course title and number
  • Your course date and location
  • Directions to your training location from the local airport
  • Local hotel listings
  • Prerequisites for your course
If you do not receive this and you have provided payment details, please call. You will be billed during the week of class. Credit cards are billed upon class confirmation.

Q: What times do classes start and finish?

Classes typically start at 8:30am and end at 5:00pm on all but the last day which may vary. However, students must check their confirmation details for specific Ed Center start and finish times as these may vary.

Q: What if I am a Federal Government employee?

We offer GSA pricing to federal government employees as well as government contractors who are taking training in support of a government contract. Please refer to the Federal Government Registration Form for full instructions when registering (US Federal Government only). For Canadian Federal Government, please use our Standard Registration Form.

Q: What if I have an Education Purchase Agreement?

If your company has an Education Purchase Agreement with HP such as the HP Education Care Pack or the Channel Partners Educational Services Reseller Agreements, you must reference your plan number or HP sales order number when you call the HP Education Customer Registration Center (CRC) to ensure correct billing.

Q: What are the cancellation policies?

Prices: Hewlett-Packard reserves the right to change course prices at any time. In the event of such change, confirmed registrations will be honored at the original price. Registrations confirmed by a purchase order within 30 days of a price increase will also be honored at the original price.

Cancellations: Scheduled Seat/Open Enrollment - By Student
Customer cancellation or rescheduling made less than 10 working days prior to the class start date will be subject to the full course fee. Example: if your class begins on Monday you must cancel by 3:00 p.m. Pacific time on the Monday two weeks previous. PLEASE NOTE the following EXCEPTIONS to HP's CANCELLATION POLICY:
  1. HP VIP Select Digital Copier classes: Customer cancellation or rescheduling made less than 15 business days prior to the class start date will be subject to the full course fee.
Cancellations: Scheduled Seat/Open Enrollment - By HP
HP reserves the right to change or cancel classes up to 10 business days prior to the class start date. You will be notified at that time of such change or cancellation. Please keep this in mind when making non-changeable flight arrangements.

Cancellations: On-site/Dedicated Training - By Customer
Customer cancellations or rescheduling made within 10 HP business days prior to class start will be subject to the full course fee. On-demand courses may not be available in all locations.

Q: Do I need to bring anything to class?

No. Everything is provided for you in class.

Q: What is the appropriate dress attire?

Casual dress is fine.

Q: Are travel and/or hotel expenses covered in the course tuition?

No. The course tuition covers the training only. Hotel and travel are the responsibility of the student.

Q: Is parking free?

Yes. HP has its own parking and it is at no charge.

Q: Can I purchase course materials without attending the training?

No. The course materials are only available to students who attend the training class.

Q: What if I have special needs?

HP Education Services provides classroom environments that are accessible to people with disabilities. Individuals may request for accommodations during the registration process. HP Education will work with individuals to determine the appropriate accommodations to meet their specific needs.
