Course overview

Learn how HP Network Node Manager (NNM) Software can be used to maximize your network’s availability and performance. In this course you will explore the operational and administrative aspects of NNM on UNIX® and Windows systems. You will learn how to effectively utilize NNM in the successful management of small, medium, or large networked enterprises. This 5-day course is 50 percent lecture and 50 percent hands-on labs.

NOTE! This class is for NNM 7.x students only! It will not assist you in using or administering NNM i 8.0 Please see UC344 for NNM 8.0x training.

Prerequisites

• HP-UX System and Network Administration I (H3064S) and HP-UX System and Network Administration II (H3065S), or equivalent HP-UX hands-on experience
• Alternatively, you should have experience as an MS Windows system/network administrator
