Course overview

This 2-day course presents an end-user view of the functionality of HP Operations Software for Windows®, version 7.5. It covers the interaction with both the native console and the web console, and teaches students how to work with the messages that are typically seen. This lecture and lab course provides extensive hands-on experience with both user interfaces.


Prerequisites

  • Understanding of Windows at the user level
  • Knowledge of other operating systems to be managed is an advantage
  • Familiarity with common Windows administration tools, the Control Panel, Task Manager, Performance Monitoring and Networking

  • Customers who will be using HP Operations Software for Windows as end users
  • This course also provides an overview of the general user functionality for those interested in its capabilities
