Course overview

This 2-day instructor-led course provides the wide range of skills and knowledge necessary to service and support the HP Designjet 4200/4500 scanner products. Hands-on labs provide experience in disassembly and assembly, calibration and usage of the scanner products.

The course is focused on set-up, maintenance, troubleshooting and hardware support for the 4200 and 4500 scanners. Additional training materials and documentation are included in the student training materials.

Designjet printers are not covered in this class. Students are expected to complete the printer training prior to attending the Scanner class for the Designjet 4500, T1100 and 800 series Service Qualifications.

» APS Certification - HP Designjet Solutions 2006

• HP Designjet 500 series and 800 series lf printers (U8731S) - for those seeking service qualification on the 800MFP series products

• HP Designjet 4500 Service Qualification - for those seeking certification on the 4500MFP

- OR -

• HP Designjet T1100 Service Qualification – for those seeking Service Qualification on the T1100MFP
