This course helps service professionals prepare for HP Service Qualification which is required for warranty labor reimbursements and service partner program entitlements. Course overview
Course modules include product overview, front panel configuration, system architecture, writing system, ink system, print quality, troubleshooting, media, module removal/replacement, diagnostics and troubleshooting. The service manual will be distributed in hardcopy or on CD-ROM. This 2-day training class is limited to 10 students per class to ensure maximum participation and hands on experience. The course will have at least 50% hands-on labs.
In order to receive HP service authorization program benefits, including part discounts and warranty reimbursements, your student ID number must be provided. Please have your student ID number available at sign-in on the first day of class. If you do not have a student ID or do not remember your number, please call 800-544-9976. You must provide your outlet ID (OID) number or have your company PPA update your profile in order to be associated with your company if you are employed by an HP authorized support provider.
