The topics addressed in class cover information from a user perspective, as well as a support and service perspective covering both hardware and software. Students receive full hands-on hardware training, as well as troubleshooting tips and techniques. Technical data and other valuable support information is also provided.
NOTE: This course does not cover the Digital Sending software in detail. HP offers several self-paced training courses for digital sending on the Learning Center at www.hp.com/go/onlinelearning. After logging in using your Student ID and last name, go to Search Courses and search for COURSE NAME or COURSE NUMBER (see below).
