Course overview

	Each Practitioner Certificate consists of a 1-hour exam except for the ITIL Practitioner Change/Configuration/Release exam, which is 2 hours in length.

Prerequisites

	ITIL Foundation certification (available through H1846S) The appropriate ITIL Practitioner training course (U8684X, U8685S, U8686X or UA576S) NOTE IPRC (Change/Configuration/Release exam) also requires successful completion of course practical assignments
