This 2 day course is designed to assist candidates preparing for the HP Tru64 UNIX v5 administration, integration & support Exam (ASE Level 1). The course is intended as a supplement to the HP Tru64 UNIX v5 utilities and commands and HP Tru64 UNIX system administration courses.
Prerequisites
To get the most from this course, you should be able to:
Log in to an HP Tru64 UNIX system
Use an editor on the system
Manage files
Interpret error log files
Install the HP Tru64 UNIX operating system software and software subsets
Add and remove users from the system
Start up and shut down the operating system
Create, mount, and back up file systems
